Calculator Inputs
All calculations on SIPCafe run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are added to the page address (URL), so you can bookmark a scenario, reload without losing it, or share it with the Share button. We never store these values on our servers. Anyone you share a link with can see them, and like any page address, the URL can appear in your browser history and in standard web-server or advertising logs.
Preferences
Your selected theme, currency, and language are stored locally in your browser (localStorage and cookies) so they persist between visits. This data is not shared with us.
Accounts
You don't need an account to use SIPCafe. Accounts are for our staff, who sign in with Google to write and review articles. When someone signs in, we receive their name, email address and profile photo, and a cookie keeps them signed in (for that session we also record the IP address and browser, for security). An author's name and photo appear on their articles and profile page; the email address never does. We use these details only to run the account, never for advertising, and we never sell them. An account can be deleted at any time from the account page.
Advertising & Cookies
SIPCafe is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
